What happened to bilang.com?

bilang.com had its 15 minutes of fame. It was a site to promote Martial Arts tricking, and it did well (i hope). however, the days of bilang.com are long gone, and it is time to put the project to an end.

Survivor: Best Quotes from Coach (a.k.a. Dragon Slayer)

I'm starting to think that that Coach guy on Survivor is a great character. Of course he's phony, but what a CHARACTER! Here are a few of his quotes ... hilarious!

Survivor: Coach a.k.a. Dragon Slayer 
  • The name "Survivor" discredits real survivors. When I outswam a school of piranhas the length of the Amazon, there was no prize for that.
  • (about following others on Twitter) Leaders do not follow and I was born a leader.
  • If you're ever in the South Amazon and fall into peril, shout my name 4 times and be rescued. Fair warning, though, that's 4 times. Not 5.
  • The key to my gorgeous locks is 2 pts egg, 2 pts aloe, and the snot from a Siberian White Tail. Don't try to Google that.
  • I was approached by a major publisher about writing a book on my experiences. But Dragon Slaying isnt passed down in books, just spoken word.
  • Brendan: How'd you afford a military chopper?
    Coach: That I got for free.
    Brendan: How'd you do that?
    Coach: I pulled some strings.

This nine-minute short film - created by Tim Smit for "150 Euros and a pizza" - combines the video-camera perspective of Cloverfield with a conceit reminiscent of any number of videogames (example: Half Life) involving mad scientists tearing holes in the fabric of reality. Smit hopes to turn the short into a feature and has already received inquiries from Hollywood, including Twentieth Century Fox. Is he worth their interest? Judge for yourself:
